Controller – Start Date as soon s possible

Sage Hill School is seeking an experienced and collaborative Controller to oversee the school’s accounting operations and financial reporting functions. The Controller plays a key leadership role in ensuring sound fiscal management, strong internal controls, and accurate financial reporting while supporting the mission and strategic priorities of the school.

This position requires a detail-oriented professional who values integrity, service, and partnership within a dynamic educational environment.  8-10 years of financial and budgeted experience required.  CPA and/or MBA preferred.  Non-profit and Blackbaud experience desired.

The is a full-time exempt benefits eligible position.

The annual compensation range is $160,000 – $180,000.
